Ask HN: Algorithms to Rank Service Providers?

Does anyone have ideas of ML models that could be used to classify professional service providers to help companies make better vendor hiring decisions? My logic is thinking about functions of company age, website traffic, reviews, number of employees, location (neighborhood) and applying a cluster model of known reputable companies.
