  Can you elaborate? I'm having a hard time imagining what a foam windscreen is, or what its purpose is. Is it just like a motorcycle windscreen that you don't need to see through?

    I think they're referring to a microphone 'windscreen'.

      Yes, trying to mould a microphone windscreen for low frequency applications.
