For a few years I used Pocket (getpocket.com) - as a single-click way to save articles for the web. Then, many months later (or even years later) I'd go on a batch reading spree. The biggest benefit is to see this: if 1 year later I'm still interested in something, it's worth reading, if not, I can skip it with likely no loss.
