The question is why? What features of newer CPUs are they using that aren't in older processors? Is it the built-in security processors in new CPUs or taking advantage of newer instructions?
The current list says even my not very old AMD 1700X won't be supported.
- TingPing 5y agoThey have been dropping support aggressively since 10, they say hardware partners don't support older generations.
