Plenty of posts critical of Agile. Personally I think that’s a shame but I fully get where they’re coming from. Scale it up and you tend to amplify the dysfunctions, especially when no-one asked for it to be done to them in the first place. Get that bit right first, agreement on outcomes before solutions.
