rationally, that would fall under 'sources and methods' which the DOD/DNI/TLA are not going to release. They care far less about the data than the system to get the data. Releasing it provides potential enemies information on systems capability. I'm loving the conversation here. I cannot imagine how little the DNI cares about this.
