+1 for LessAccounting. We've been using it for a few years now and it works fine, and you can export your bank statements into it. Recently we just brought on a 'real' accountant to audit our accounting and prepare reports (after a few years of pro-bono from accounting friends). Hence we are still working out all the details, but I'm pretty happy with the workflow if it pans out.
