Do building designs have to be certified in a way similar to how cars have to be crash-tested?

- cardiffspaceman 5y agoI believe a Professional Engineer with correct certification has to sign off on if you go above two stories, before the authorities will allow it to be built.
- ska 5y agoThis is all jurisdictional of course, but typically something like that. More complex the project, the more levels of review.
