In my opinion, here are some additional characteristics: 1. Delegate effectively 2. Don’t give up easily 3. Know how to troubleshoot 4. Negotiate effectively 5. Work with all kinds of people 6. Say “no” when necessary, and do it in a constructive way 7. Don’t let feelings rule business decisions, but recognize people’s feelings are always involved 8. Always learning 9. Always listening 10. Always helping 11. Able to finish. This is the hardest of all.
