IN/OUT invoices, bills and bank statements to an accountant which sets everything straight. For my own sake, I keep an excel sheet (KISS) with IN/OUT balance, that's about it.
I'd have to buy an application if I had large volume sales, but since I'm dealing with only a couple of invoices and bills per month, I don't need it.
