What would be the problem with naming the company here if everything said is the truth and there is no IP being disclosed or other issues like that? This is similar to when I see people posting in local contexts (like on FB groups) that so and so local company provided terrible service but the poster doesn't want to name names. What good is done if names aren't named? If we have a name, then things get fixed. Otherwise there is no feedback loop so there's really no point.
