i use corduroy (http://corduroysite.com/ http://corduroysite.com/ - fd: i wrote it) which is able to talk to hundreds of online bank sites just like quicken/quickbooks. i use it to import my bank and credit card transactions every day and categorize them. when it comes time to do taxes, i do them myself with turbotax online and just enter the totals from each transaction category in corduroy. i've done this for the last 5 years with my llc.
