If Roth IRAs are hugely beneficial to a large swath of the middle class and at the most extreme outlier it lets a billionaire dodge what is, at the end of the day, a barely significant amount of taxes maybe the correct response is to not care. If policy reaches a local maximum for distributing good and you're upset that someone is wealthy, maybe it's your own envy that's at play.
