I used to work with a security guy who tried to make it a policy that staff would have to hand over their social media logins to make sure that they weren't talking to anyone or having any conversations that were "suspicious". Fortunately that idea was beaten to a bloody pulp by the HR team before it got off the ground. But you would not believe the mall cop mentality in many companies.
