From cassette tapes to rotary phones kids have no idea how to use them
- craftkiller 5y agoNor should they. I don't know how to operate a printing press or an astrolabe.
- eesmith 5y agoI don't know how to hand-crank start a car. Or use a fountain pen. I even got flummoxed once in a rental car with a manual choke. While I had read of such things, I didn't realize they still existed in 2005, much less think of it when the car didn't start that cold morning.
- perilunar 5y agoWhen my kids were little in the early 2000s, they could use cassette tapes easily but were stumped by our iPod, simply because they couldn't read the screen yet.
