What about removing all the old crud at some point? All this disorganized layering makes windows feel like a schizophrenic operating system. At some point they have to realize they have to start cleaning up the mess, right?

- dlvktrsh 5y agothat's a good argument but there are so many things that macOS can't do that windows can (legacy support, endless tinkering with relative ease. maybe more things but i think these two things encompass a lot more and are the main reasons holding windows back from being the same as the oh so esteemed macOS)
