TL:DR He has a huge underground complex made of buried buses where he will shelter from the upcoming nuclear Armageddon. But he emphasises he's not a prepper, because they are individualistic whilst his shelter is open to everybody.

All those uber rich with a nuclear bunker would end up in a ditch somewhere whilst their security detail and their friends and families are going to be in the shelter especially if the rich person didn’t had the foresight to ensure that anyone on his detail that would be aware of it and would be responsible for getting them there has a place in it for them and their family.
