Coke's make-your-own label fail
- musicale 5y agoIt worked out hilariously badly for them last time (share a coke with [x]) so I'm glad they brought it back! I also thought the vending machines that printed custom labeling onto the actual aluminum cans (if I recall correctly) were an interesting bit of technology.
- PaulHoule 5y ago‘Don’t generate offensive content’ is an essential requirement of any generative model. If a photo tagger tags a photo of a bowling ball as ‘fried chicken’ that is acceptable as long as errors of that general type happen at a low rate. (Maybe 5%) If it tags a photo of a human as an ‘ape’ you have a problem, even a Homo sapiens really is an ape. I lost 10^4-ish dollars because of a screw up of this type and I’m not the only one.
