Reality: there are so-far unheeded calls for future defunding, cities are 100% not torched, the Dr Suess company decided to not republish their own books, the Mrs Potato head accessories are now sold comingled with Mr Potato head ones, and private companies have decided that years of abuse should be punished. Monuments to slave-owners have been vandalized, but IMHO that's a good thing. This doesn't seem to be a teacher who can step outside of their own skin and see the world from other perspectives. Looking at the company website, I notice that for all his claims to look for excellence in a color-blind way, the only Black people in the video are poor kids who are presumably being saved. So, not really diverse.
