Likening relationships to prostitution is pretty cynical. Some relationships may basically be an exchange of money/status for sex but not all of them are, right? Ideally a relationship is about getting to know someone, experiencing mutal attraction, forming an emotional connection, and so on. Sex is part of it but it's not all of it and mutual desire is important to most people.
