  Funny how the article claims "the charitable organization faces a tumultuous time with the divorce of its two founders" but yet provides no facts/anecdotes/statements to support that claim. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMG) is an independently run organization that will survive in spite of a change in relationship status between the two co-founders.

      Only if Melinda (or Bill :-)) decide to change their names. This foundation is still their legacy for generations

      I just feel we have to take people at their word especially if they are being pretty consistent everywhere else.

  Of the 5 foundations he gave money to, only the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is not run, founded by, or named for a member of his family.
