Why is Comcast cutting people off for a year instead of just charging per GB above the cap or upgrading to a higher class service?

- alphaoverlord 15y agoIn this case, there is no need for a trial. The evidence is indisputable and the OP admits to the action. In a free market, I should charge what I want. Why does Comcast need to create a higher tier when 99.9% don't need or want it?
