Yeah, I could see that. Once I had an explanation, I wanted to read all of the things about it (heh, ironic) I did find value in reading both, but mostly because it gave me a sense of history, and how much our understanding of what ADHD is had progressed from the past, and how my (incorrect) assumptions about what it was came to be.
