If you are meeting performance, you are generally have been promoted in 4 years and give a refresh of equity.
- chrisBob 5y agoSo the default action really is a pay cut if someone has mediocre performance and doesn't get a "refresh"? That sounds like a good system for pushing out someone who isn't thriving.
