Edit: Apparently not.
- twiddling 5y agoand the point you're making?
- anoncake 5y agoI have asked a question.
- jrmg 5y agoNo, but still think even more widespread deaths would’ve been worse.
- defterGoose 5y agoYou're right, maybe the 1% of kids this is affecting would be better off with one fewer parents instead. /s
- AndrewBissell 5y agoAre lots of 65+ year olds (the vast majority of people at risk of death from Covid) having kids these days?
- defterGoose 5y agoThere are quite a few deaths in younger groups with comorbidities too.
- AndrewBissell 5y ago"quite a few" How does in the incidence in non-lockdown states and countries compare to, say, car accidents?
- anoncake 5y agoEven including them, the death rate among younger people remains insignificant.
- anoncake 5y ago"[A]n extra 1.5 million children" is a lot more than 1%.
