I wonder if customer protection laws in the US can force them to revert their update.
- kbos87 5y agoAgree. Getting too hung up on what the T&C say is missing the point. You can put whatever you want in a contract, but if it’s very unpalatable to your customers, whether or not you can legally do it will be a moot point.
