We don't need to imagine this scenario, because it has long been the case for certain countries with yellow fever checks, TB checks, etc.
The difference now is that the restrictions are perhaps much more widespread.
- nomercy400 5y agoThe difference now is that this information is being made digitally available outside of a personal health dossier. I have an international vaccination passport, paper-based, which is only shown to a customs officer of the country I am visiting. This has been 'good enough' to enter countries with vaccination requirements up until now. It has not been copied or entered into a computer system.
- cr1895 5y agoI agree with you that I wish the yellow card was "good enough." It is for some countries like Germany and Iceland.
