I have been wondering more about SDR phased antenna arrays for passive radar. People have been able to see micrometeors and aircraft for many years with relatively simple systems of two receivers. If one could point back to the reflection and have a computer quickly point a camera at the location, it would be interesting to see what accumulates. Probably all kinds of false positives, but it might be fun. Supposedly the merging of radar and camera tracking is what enabled the original tictac video.
