For some reason I imagine a shrinking Daffy Duck yelling Mine! Mine! Mine!
But I guess the situation is clear enough: the guy wants to gather everything IRC under one banner for some new thing. There will possibly be a IRC client to complete the circle if the web version isn’t enough, perhaps even an app.
