The Windows platform wasn't bug-ridden, it was a work-of-art UX, and I don't ever remember having issues with any of my Lumias. I held on to Windows Phone for a long time. That platform suffered a slow death by abandonment. I can still use that phone, it's just that I can't use half the apps on it anymore. The demise of Lumia was Microsoft pulling the plug on the OS.
