Isn't that just a consequence of 'being the oldest person ever elected president' and 'having been in national politics his entire career'?
- wolverine876 5y agoGood point, but most in Congress aren't involved much in international relations; that's the President's role. Even among who are, my understanding is that Biden was exceptional. And then he was VP for eight years and was given extensive responsibilities in that area.
