  The best approach I can suggest is "If you're going to get cancelled, get cancelled for something you really believe in, not some shitty thing you tripped and fell into." In short, don't have the crowd be the first thing that tells you you're someone you don't want to be.

  Why bother? It’s much easier not trying for anything like that. You can live a comfortable life without ever trying to make waves. Leave politics to the psychopaths.
