- ryanSrich 5y agoWell the point isn’t to not care. We want devs that care about the quality of their code and genuinely want to focus on _just_ that. I get some people want more out of a job, and that’s totally fine. But I think there’s a good portion of people that just want to do work and spend the rest of their time with their family, or hobbies or whatever.
