Wouldn't it be cool if in addition to a 4 day work week, that those days could be flexible. It could actually benefit the both society and the company, as in the company is operating in some form 7 days a week for customers. And for society the 'weekend' is more flexible which improves traffic during the week and the overcrowding you typically find on saturday/sunday.
