I’m really not trying to be too snarky, but with the labor market as it is in 2021, 10 interviews in a month is achievable by merely possessing a pulse. What am I missing?
- nefitty 5y agoHow many years of experience do you have? When was the last time you actively searched for a new job?
- goalieca 5y agoAgreed. Do a little SEO on your linked-in and have a little seniority and 10 isn’t unreasonable right now.

Looks like you've done a lot and are a senior eng with a lot of experience - your in one of the most sought out roles so I'm unsurprised that you get a bunch of interviews consistently, and probably wouldn't be a fit for the tool. Do you like the companies you get interviews at?
