Hi Peter! Thank you so much for doing this. My wive is currently under L1 visa. On her passport visa, PED states "11/12/2022" but expiration date states "04/14/2021" (past due). On her form I-129S, it states that her visa validity date is until 11/12/2022. Her I-94 admit date says April 2024. If she were to leave the US now, would she be allowed to cross the border again using her L1-B visa before 11/12/2022? Or would she need to renew her visa? Thank you
