There are groups of people who communicate, group up and get shit done. They don't need to belong to the same line of work to do it - they just need to have an idea of what they want and how to get there. To address the spirit of your post - just because you can have more power, doesn't mean you should. For example two people in a relationship, the minute either party starts to think like you, that relationship turns to shit. Only thinking about yourself (or your group) is a good way to make life worse for everyone involved, please hurry up and grow out of it.
