I'm not an expert on this. What's the extent of private APIs this can use that something on the App Store cannot? As I understand it, it's for things that could technically go on the app store, but don't because of apple policies. I would imagine emulators, bittorrent clients, a Sci-Hub reader... stuff like that. Apps cannot even use private entitlements like CarPlay or Zoom's split screen video permission, can they?
