I'd lose the cartoon tiger mascot right away. No one is going to read any of the paragraphs of text on your homepage. Especially the one at the very top. You want bulleted lists, quick bits of text you can read in seconds. Your "Summary of Benefits/Features" section at the bottom does this... do text like that + thumbnail pictures for each.
