Hi Peter, I am thinking of applying EB1A, however still wondering about the competitiveness of this VISA and IEPP, e.g. processing time, fee, acceptance rate, etc. Would you mind providing some of your thought? Thank you.
- proberts 5y agoIt's hard to compare in the abstract but an EB1A is highly subjective and discretionary and the standard that's been applied the past few years has been very whereas the EIP seems much more like a check the box type of application. The uncertainty regarding the processing time of IEP applications is the biggest negative, I think.
