This writeup once you view the UI (As a 21st century human being) just screams: We are making an excuse for why citigroup hasn't invested in software since the early 90's and windows 3.1. The only reason this has happened is because citigroup was too cheap to fix their aging systems for DECADES. Don't waste your time reading this article unless you want to be just as furious as I am.
