Going to offer a slightly different opinion here... Used a Herman Miller Aeron, yes...pretty decent. Is it worth retail though? No. If you can pick one up cheap, then fine. But I had some backpain/shoulder issues with the office chair I had, looked for an Aeron. Couldn't find one. So I bought a SIHOO off Amazon, as good, back/shoulder pain gone, and can now put in a 10-hour shift no problem (iirc, Gamer's Nexus had a review on this chair, there are other Chinese clones of it). It is as comfortable as any chair is going to be.
