Herman Miller Sayl. Verdict: Nope! I thought I'd splurge a bit (on a name) without trying it out. I only paid £250 used and have had it for about 3 years now.It's ok, but not great. It squeaks a LOT and I can't figure out for the life of me where to lubricate it to stop the noise. The seat is too hard. The lumbar is too shallow. Adjustability is great though. Everything can be moved to accommodate. Overall it's just a bit meh. That said, it's head and shoulders above anything I've sat on from Ikea. But I'm going to keep looking.
