I am using an IKEA swivel chair `ÖRFJÄLL`[1]. I have a tendency to slouch or slump in a more comfortable chair and never got a hang of standing desks. This makes me sit upright for most of the time and my back loves it (so far).

- culebron21 5y agoI have spinal issues, and chairs were a serious issue. I tried and rejected Ikea Markus and several hi-techy beefy chairs, because sitting in a soft & comfortable chair always ended in spinal aches. I figured out I felt better in chairs that made you sit straight and not lean at all, neither sideways, nor backwards, plus swaying and moving a bit, changing posture every couple minutes is a benefit. (Markus chair has thick seat, which gets in the way of legs when you try to turn left/right.) For now, I chose Bleckberget, a similar model to the one in the comment above. In the office, this type of chair also worked, but at home it didn't (probably, at home I tend to lean more and sit in a more "relaxed" way): https://office-gr.ru/image/cache/catalog/byurokrat/444/333/849780_v01_b_780x450.jpg?ver=1 https://office-gr.ru/image/cache/catalog/byurokrat/444/333/8...
