Some years back Coke took many bars to court that were serving Pepsi with rum as most customers said they want a "rum and coke" even if they didn't care it was Pepsi as the mixer. Coke argued (and won) on the customers behalf that they should be given what they asked for. Afterwards some pubs put signs up saying "we only serve Pepsi" which covered them but most just started serving Coke coke.
