I don't think so. I'm saying that selling a shirt inspired by and using branded colors from a comic while admitting that it was a reference to said comic might be covered under a trademark. I'm also saying that's a lot more limited than any use of the word Loki, though the marketplace may be erring on the side of protecting from the giant corporation here anyway.
