- jacksonkmarley 5y agoYeah, I think you have to actively engage the 'system 2' analysis part of your brain when reading media stuff, and consciously try to extract the facts from the outrage and triggering, even from traditionally 'reliable' sources. It's kind of hard work but otherwise you just get manipulated too much.
