I tried to push a "if there's no agenda, we cancel the meeting" at a prior job. It didn't really work that well. They had a lot of standing "status update" and "one-on-one" types of meetings that were just on the calendar without any specific goals or decisions to be made at any particular meeting.
- beckingz 5y agoThere are meetings which should not be thought of as "meetings" Labeling them as collaboration sessions or more social one-on-ones helps though.
