Triplebyte as an idea is great. As someone else pointed out, they are obviously not doing well financially, or they wouldn't have pivoted. I think their pivot will not work, though. They have gone from a unique thing that saves engineers lots of time (in theory at least), to another job board. How many of those do we need? How many companies would even want to partner with a place that forces them to give up so much of their own power? I don't see this one working out.
