Ask HN: Can anybody compile all of Paul Graham's essays into a .mobi file?
I love his essays, but I can't read the longer ones on a computer monitor or my phone. I'd rather do it on my Kindle. Is there a way someone could convert them all to a single .mobi file?
- nimvlaj30 5y agoHave a look at pandoc. That's usually my go-to tool when converting file formats. It supports mobi.
- arthurcolle 5y agoI just did this in like 5 minutes in Python. If you send me $5 of bitcoin I'll send you the .mobi ;)
- Anunayj 5y agoHa, isn't the BTC transaction fees itself ~$25 nowdays? Oh i guess one could use the lightening network.

- jiacai2050 5y agoI have written a tool[1] to backup blogs to pdf, you can use it to save Paul's essays first, and use some other tool[2] to merge those PDFs to one mobi file.
